Julia works with a sorority at the University of Colorado and over the past eight has been involved in the updating and accessorizing of the living, dining, music and entertainment room. She gutted and remodeled all of the bathrooms. This involved changes in the layout of the two large bathrooms. All bathrooms were retiled; new countertops, lighting, medicine cabinets were provided; showers were redone; all toilets, sinks and hardware were replaced. Julia designed and had fabricated a basket system for under the counters allowing each girl to have their own basket for their bathroom items that could be left in the bathrooms or carried to their rooms. Julia provided all products for this job. Julia hired and managed the sub contractors. The job was completed within schedule.
Numerous basement remodels have been handled by Julia. One project involved the design and fabrication of an art table which allowed for unique under table top storage for art supplies.
Bathroom makeovers are a large part of Julia's business.
